While using BidnPrint.com, you will not:

post any content or job in an inappropriate category listed on our site;
use our site and its services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our site;
fail to deliver payment for jobs awarded to any supplier (Service Providers), unless the supplier has failed to deliver the item specified in your RFQ, the date of delivery has not been met by the supplier or you cannot authenticate the supplier's identity;
fail to deliver job awarded to you by the Service Buyer, unless the client (Service Buyer) fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the client's identity;
circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to BidnPrint.com;
post false, inaccurate, misleading, or offensive content (including personal information);
blacklist any registered members of BidnPrint.com based on false allegations or any motive of retribution other than what is actually experienced while using their services via BidnPrint.com;
transfer your BidnPrint.com account and user ID to another party without our consent;
distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm BidnPrint.com, or the interests or property of BidnPrint.com users;
copy, modify, or distribute rights or content from BidnPrint.com;
harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent;

Limitations of Liability

Your use of this web site is at your sole risk. As a result, the content, other materials and the services/products offered on this web site are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability. BidnPrint.com, its parent, subsidiaries, other affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives and third party providers cannot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this web site. This site may provide links to other web sites for which BidnPrint.com holds no responsibility concerning the integrity of information.

We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising, directly or indirectly, out of your use of or your inability to use our sites, services, and tools. You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.

Regardless of the previous paragraphs, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or to any third party is limited to a maximum fee of $500.

Legal Disputes & Termination BidnPrint.com strives to keep the site and its services working properly and the people using these services safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us.

BidnPrint.com reserves the right to terminate your right to use all or any part of this web site or the services at any time without notice for any reason. Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our sites and their content, services, and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.

We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or to modify or discontinue any BidnPrint.com services.

If there is a dispute between "Service Buyer" and "Service Providers" as a cause of using our sites, services, and tools, BidnPrint.com is under no obligation to become involved in the dispute nor is liable to any party for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages that may have may have been faced by either party. You agree not to re-produce, re-transmit, disseminate, sell, distribute, publish, broadcast, circulate or commercially exploit the information available on this site in any manner without the express written consent of BidnPrint.com, nor use the information contained on this site for any unlawful purpose. You agree to access the information available on the site manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means.

BidnPrint.com does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, or other material, that any registered member uploads, transmits or stores in the website. We will not use any of your content for any other purpose other than what is expected of the site.

BidnPrint.com may modify this Agreement from time to time and your continued use of the website shall constitute acceptance of such modifications. Modifications to this Agreement will be emailed to your registered email address.

Fees and Services

BidnPrint.com services are Free to all Service Buyers (Clients) whereas Service Providers (Suppliers) are charged a membership fee based on the country of choice and the categories selected by them. (For more details view Membership Plans) BidnPrint.com may modify the fee structure if necessary and any such changes shall be informed to all respective registered members by email. The new rates shall be effective to existing members only at the time of renewal but shall instantly apply to any non-members of BidnPrint.com.
